Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Short form: we keep the least we can, none of it is for sale, and one message to [email protected] removes it. Everything below is the detail behind that.
What this policy covers
digestiflow.com. Ordering takes you to a checkout page run by our authorised retail partner, which operates under their own policy — that page will say so before you type anything into it.
Who is responsible
The DigestFlow customer care team publishes and maintains this site. [email protected], or by post at DigestFlow Customer Care, 2093 Philadelphia Pike, Suite 8888, Claymont, DE 19703, United States.
What we end up holding
| How it reaches us | What it is | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| You write to us | Name, email address, the contents of your message | Answering you and handling returns |
| Your browser connects | IP address, browser and device type, referring page | Keeping the site up and spotting abuse |
| Cookies | Small files stored locally by your browser | Page function and aggregate visit counts |
Payment card details do not appear on that list and never will. They are entered on our retail partner's encrypted checkout page and do not travel through this site at any point.
What we do with it
- Reply to support messages and process refund requests under the 180-day guarantee.
- Keep the site available and investigate abuse, scraping or fraud attempts.
- Understand in aggregate which pages get read, so the weak ones can be rewritten.
- Meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us by law.
Three things that will not happen
- We will not sell, rent or trade your details. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We will not put you on a marketing list because you asked a support question.
- We will not build an advertising profile out of how you move around this site.
Cookies, briefly
A handful are strictly necessary for pages to render at all. A handful more count visits in aggregate without trying to establish who you are. Every current browser lets you block or clear both, and digestiflow.com still works properly if you do.
Who else sees it
Three types of provider: our web host, our email provider, and the retail partner handling payment and delivery. Each may use what they see only to provide that service to us. Beyond those, disclosure happens only where a law or a valid legal process requires it.
How long it is kept
Support correspondence: up to 24 months, so a follow-up message does not mean starting over. Server logs: a much shorter period, for security purposes only. After that it is deleted.
What you can ask us to do
Depending where you live, you may be entitled to a copy of what we hold, a correction, an erasure, or an objection to a particular use. Write to [email protected] and we respond inside 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first — that step protects you rather than us.
Age
DigestFlow is sold to adults over 18. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly hold their information. Tell us if you believe otherwise and it will be removed.
Changes
A revision updates the date at the top of the page. Anything material gets flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
